We hope that this message finds you well. This message is a courtesy notice.

Pool hours are as posted. NO SWIMMING other than posted hours
The pool is open Tues – Sunday from 9:00 am – 8:00 Pm. Our property does have active surveillance throughout the property including the pool area in the event that our after-hours representative encounters any individuals in the pool outside of the posted hours it will be noted as a lease violation.
There are a limit of two (2) guests per apartment. All guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times
No glass may be brought into the pool area at any time. Should the pool inspector find glass, even in the trash receptacles, the pool will be closed. Only plastic bottles and cups are allowed.
Please make sure you keep the pool area clean all trash should be taken to respective trash receptacles.
There is to be no indecent sexual activity of ANY sort in our pool area!
No pets are allowed in or around the pool area.

Please note: we do reserve the right to close the pool at any time due to rain, lightning, thunder, cleaning, breakdown, operational difficulties, or for any other reason.
