You will enjoy easy access to all Nashville has to offer! It’s full of cool shops, restaurants, music venues, and local breweries,.. and Downtown Nashville is only a few miles away! Or if you would like, you could just hang out by the saltwater pool with a nice pergola and outdoor built-in grill.
We do allow pets for $125/month per pet up to 2 months,..for a total of no more than $250/pet. If you stay more than 2 months you will not be charged extra. I will request pet fee after your move in date. There is a dog park in the apartment complex and lots of fur babies to get to know in the community!
*IMPORTANT! Because this is an apartment complex, the management’s only request is to run a background check on all occupants staying in the apartment. This is free and usually completed in 24 hours. It is a very simple form and, so far, I have never had anyone denied. It’s just a precaution to keep everyone safe,.. including you! Contact me to request the form if you feel more comfortable completing the form before booking. Honestly, unless you have a very serious problem, .. then it is ok to go ahead and book.
