This apartment is located in the historical East Nashville. This part of the city is very rich in culture and history! The complex has been completely renovated and updated to give a newer modern look and a great vibe of relaxation.

The unit is just up one small flight of steps on the second floor. You’ll just love the very quiet and peaceful community with a great mix of amenities!

You will enjoy easy access to all Nashville has to offer! It’s full of cool shops, restaurants, music venues, and local breweries,.. and Downtown Nashville is only a few miles away! Or if you would like, you could just hang out by the saltwater pool with a nice pergola and outdoor built-in grill.

We do allow pets for $125/month per pet up to 2 months,..for a total of no more than $250/pet. If you stay more than 2 months you will not be charged extra. I will request pet fee after your move in date. There is a dog park in the apartment complex and lots of fur babies to get to know in the community!

*IMPORTANT! Because this is an apartment complex, the management’s only request is to run a background check on all occupants staying in the apartment. This is free and usually completed in 24 hours. It is a very simple form and, so far, I have never had anyone denied. It’s just a precaution to keep everyone safe,.. including you! Contact me to request the form if you feel more comfortable completing the form before booking. Honestly, unless you have a very serious problem, .. then it is ok to go ahead and book.

The area is very easy to navigate. you can uber or Lyft to pretty much anywhere. there’s also scooters scattered about.

You will have access to the whole 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. There is also a pool, gym, laundry room, and dog park on the property that you will also have access too!

We hope that this message finds you well. This message is a courtesy notice.

Pool hours are as posted. NO SWIMMING other than posted hours
The pool is open Tues – Sunday from 9:00 am – 8:00 Pm. Our property does have active surveillance throughout the property including the pool area in the event that our after-hours representative encounters any individuals in the pool outside of the posted hours it will be noted as a lease violation.
There are a limit of two (2) guests per apartment. All guests must be accompanied by the resident at all times
No glass may be brought into the pool area at any time. Should the pool inspector find glass, even in the trash receptacles, the pool will be closed. Only plastic bottles and cups are allowed.
Please make sure you keep the pool area clean all trash should be taken to respective trash receptacles.
There is to be no indecent sexual activity of ANY sort in our pool area!
No pets are allowed in or around the pool area.

Please note: we do reserve the right to close the pool at any time due to rain, lightning, thunder, cleaning, breakdown, operational difficulties, or for any other reason.
